1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing jackbit.vu or registering a jackbit account, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, the jackbit Privacy Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and jackbit.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the jackbit platform and close your account. Continued use of jackbit services following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all versions of the jackbit platform including the browser-based web application accessible at jackbit.vu and any future mobile or desktop applications released by jackbit.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active jackbit account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. jackbit uses technical systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jackbit reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any bonus balances held therein.

2.3 Registration Information

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change. jackbit is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

jackbit operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

2.5 Geographic Restrictions

jackbit's services are intended for use by players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is permitted under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing jackbit does not violate any law or regulation in your jurisdiction. 3 Account Security

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jackbit accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All jackbit account balances are maintained in Philippine Peso (₱). jackbit does not currently accept cryptocurrency deposits.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your jackbit account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect in your jackbit account balance. jackbit does not charge fees on incoming deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by jackbit within twenty-four (24) hours for fully verified accounts. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds into your jackbit account, or a payment method verified in your name. jackbit reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.

4.4 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and may be updated by jackbit from time to time. Current limits are displayed on the jackbit cashier page within your account. jackbit reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable prior notice to players.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

jackbit complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. All transactions are monitored for unusual patterns. jackbit reserves the right to delay, freeze, or reverse any transaction that is suspected to be connected with money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. Players who trigger AML reviews may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation before their accounts are unfrozen.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Eligibility

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All jackbit bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are specified in the terms of each promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period without compensation.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

Where a promotion is cancelled after players have already opted in, jackbit will make reasonable efforts to honor commitments to affected players or provide an equivalent alternative. jackbit is not liable for any loss arising from the modification or cancellation of a promotion.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

Each game available on jackbit — including slots, live baccarat, live roulette, bingo, Monster Dice, Lucky Dice, and all other titles — is governed by individual game rules published within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

12 Amendments to These Terms

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This provision does not limit either party's right to seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
